Cockroaches

These nasty insects look disgusting, but also smell bad and can trigger allergies in some individuals. They are nocturnal creatures and stay hidden during the daytime, getting out at night in search of food. They can shelter in spots that are hard to reach with the usual cleaning methods, such as cracks, crevices, sewers and drains.

Rats & Mice

Rodents are attracted by trash cans and improperly disposed rotten food, but also by fresh food that can be found in people’s homes. They can multiply very fast and cause a lot of trouble. They can destroy sewer systems, electrical equipment and other things on the properties, but can also carry diseases. Termites

Even though they are tiny insects, they can create huge colonies of millions and can destroy properties. They are the most destructive pests in the world when it comes to economic damage, and their biggest advantage is that they can stay hidden for long periods of time. They feed on anything that contains cellulose, and that includes wood, paper, wires, furniture and various items found on your properties. An experienced pest control technician will know how to look for signs of termites and detect them in time. That’s why it is essential to get a termite inspection at least yearly.

Stored Products Insects

These include beetles, weevils, moths, mites and others. They do not harm people, but they do destroy or infest stored foods. The most susceptible products are cereals, seeds, nuts, spices, teas, dried fruits and even preserved meats. Moths also destroy people’s clothes and create discomfort.

Spiders

Luckily, they do not bite or transmit diseases, but they are unpleasant to see and most people are very scared and disgusted by these creatures. They usually lurk in corners and hidden places and create their webs, and that’s why it is very important to ask the tenants to carefully clean the entire home.
